As a woman of a certain age, I have begun to notice my body changing. I am experiencing joint and/or back pain, unpredictable moods, anxiety, sleep disturbances, brain fog. Sometimes I just don’t feel quite like myself anymore.
This is especially true for those of us going through perimenopause or menopause. This is a time when caring for your physical and emotional wellbeing becomes more important than ever.
I started doing Pilates about 8 years ago and qualified as an instructor 6 years ago, it has been the best thing I ever did. It has been a wonderful way to build body my awareness, restore strength, and move with greater ease. It’s also an opportunity to pause, reconnect and give me permission to focus on myself.
This is one of the reasons I created Zeteo. I wanted to create a space where you can support your body through change with movement, connection, and adventure. A space where you can step away from daily demands and put yourself first.

Together we’ll practice Pilates in a supportive and welcoming environment, helping you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.
Pilates, has given me the confidence to learn how to appreciate my body and everything it does for me on a daily basis and I would love to give you that gift too. My hope is that by the end of the trip you will feel more empowered to take on the challenges of everyday living.
