Why Choose Zeteo Pilates?

 

Zeteo Pilates Retreat – Terms & Conditions 


1. Booking

  • Your booking is secured with a deposit. The retreat is only confirmed once we receive full payment.
     
  • Full payment is due at least eight weeks before the retreat.
     
  • We do not store credit card details or share your information with anyone.
     

2. Payment

  • Prices are in Euro. You cover any bank or transfer fees so we receive the full amount.
     

3. Travel

  • You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.
     
  • Transfers to/from the retreat are extra unless stated.
     
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues with your travel documents.
     

4. Travel Insurance

  • You must have insurance covering retreat activities, cancellations, illness, and lost belongings.
     
  • Bring your policy, and if you have a European Health Insurance Card, bring it too.
     

5. Health & Safety

  • Tell our teachers about any injuries or conditions before the retreat.
     
  • Stop activities immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.
     
  • Consult a doctor if unsure about your fitness for yoga or other activities.
     
  • Pregnant women (12–28 weeks) must provide a doctor’s letter confirming they are fit to participate.
     
  • Retreats are on uneven terrain; please be careful.
     

6. Cancelling Your Booking

  • You can cancel up to eight weeks before the retreat. After that, payments are non-refundable.
     
  • No refunds are given once the retreat has started, even for unused days.
     
  • Deposit refunds may have a small processing fee.
     
  • Check your insurance to cover cancellations.
     

7. Changes by Us

  • We may change teachers, accommodation, or itinerary if needed.
     
  • If accommodation changes, we provide a similar standard.
     
  • Major changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
     

8. If We Cancel

  • If we cancel, you will receive a full refund within 10 working days.
     

9. Liability

  • We provide the retreat as described and to a reasonable standard.
     
  • We are not responsible for events beyond our control, like natural disasters, travel problems, or personal issues.
     
  • All activities are at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or loss of personal property.
     

10. Group Bookings

  • The person making the booking must have permission from all participants.
     
  • All terms apply to each participant as if booked individually.
     

11. Your Belongings

  • You are responsible for keeping your belongings safe, including hire cars and equipment.
     

12. Complaints

  • If you have a problem during the retreat, speak to our Retreat Director immediately.
     

13. Privacy

  • We do not store credit card details or share your personal information.
     
  • Your data is used only to provide the retreat services.
     

14. Complaints After the Retreat

  • Any written complaints must be sent within 14 days of the retreat ending.
