I’m a caregiver by nature. I’ll support you through movement and exercise with steady encouragement, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re trying something new for the first time or pushing past what feels comfortable, you won’t be doing it alone.

Crete has a wild, grounding energy that will enhance your  experience. It’s an island of contrasts — mountains and sea, stillness and movement, challenge and calm. Availability is extremely limited, with just seven rooms available. Each villa features its own private swimming pool, hot tub, garden, and terraces where you can unwind, soak up the sea views, and enjoy a well deserved sundowner.
